We only ship to locations within South Africa

SHIPPING TIMES

We will always endeavour to ship your purchase as quickly as possible, kindly see our standard shipping times below. Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.

JOHANNESBURG & SURROUNDS | 2-3 working days
MAIN CENTRES (CPT, DBN, PE, PTA) | 4-5 working days
OUTERLYING AREAS | 5-7 working days

*Shipping lead times calculated from time of dispatch. Bank Transfer orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

On dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your tracking code & tracking link. You will also be notified when the parcel is out for delivery. If you do not receive this notification, please get in touch on info@nestaffair.co.za with your order number and we will gladly assist.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/change the sale in accordance with the Returns Policy.
